Love Your Body™ Loyalty Programme

a. How do I become a Member of the Love Your Body™ loyalty programme?

Anyone above the age of 16 years old is eligible to sign up as a Member of The Body Shop loyalty programme for HK$75.

c. Do I receive Member benefits including the discount immediately upon joining?

Yes

d. If I forget to bring my membership card, can I still enjoy a discount?

Yes, but you must present proof of identity.

e. What should I do if I lose my Love Your Body™ Membership card?

Please visit any of our retail stores to apply for a new card with a replacement fee of HK$35. It will take approximately two weeks to process your new Membership card. In the interim you will still enjoy Member benefits providing you present proof of identity.

f. How do I use my birthday privilege?

Simply present your Love Your Body™ Membership card in order to enjoy all birthday benefits in your birthday month. Don't forget to bring your reward card as well!

g. How do I renew my Love Your Body™ Membership?

Your Love Your Body™ Membership is valid for 12 months. We will notify you when it's time to renew.

h. What should I do if my Love Your Body™ Membership card has expired?

Your Membership may be renewed up to one month after the exipiry date. Following this you will need to pay the joining fee and rejoin as a new Member.

i. Can I renew my Love Your Body™ Membership before it expires?

The maximum time you may renew your Membership before it expires is 30 days before the expiry date.

j. When do I start earning reward stamps?

All new Members receive a reward card upon joining the programme. For each spend of HK$150 nett you earn one stamp. Collect four stamps to receive a HK$50 instant product rebate. The next four stamps entitle you to a HK$70 instant product rebate. And the next four stamps entitle you to a HK$100 instant product rebate. The final three stamps entitle you to a HK$90 instant product rebate.

k. Do my reward stamps expire?

Your reward stamps will expire at the time your Membership expires. When you renew, your reward stamp balance will be carried over into your new Membership year.

l. How can I redeem my reward stamps?

At the time a qualifying level is met, we will offer you an instant redemption to be used in that transaction. Refer to (j) for the reward stamp qualifying levels.

m. How do I find out my reward stamp balance?

Your reward card is for your reference only. Our IT systems automatically maintain your reward card balance based on your purchase history. Simply ask our store staff to swipe your Love Your Body™ membership card for your balance. In the event of a dispute The Body Shop will use its IT systems to calculate your reward stamp balance.

n. Can I carry over my reward stamp balance?

When you renew, your reward stamp balance will be carried over into your new Membership year.

o. Can I use my Love Your Body™ Membership priviledges in other countries?

Currently the Love Your Body™ programme in Hong Kong is different from other countries. Therefore Members can only use their Membership privileges in Hong Kong and Macau.

p. Can my friend use my Love Your Body™ Membership card?

In order to protect your privacy and stamp redemption, the Love Your Body™ Membership card is non-transferable.

q. How can I update my personal details?

Simply visit any retail outlet to update your personal details, or update via the right-hand link on your e-newsletter.

s. What do I do if I lose my reward card containing stamps?

We only issue reward cards at the time of joining the programme. In the event that your reward card is lost, we will not be able to re-issue another card. We will only be able to issue you a new card when you renew your membership at the end of one year. Because our IT systems automatically maintain your reward card balance based on your purchase history, you will still be able to enjoy product redemptions when you reach the qualifying level. To understand your reward card balance, simply ask our store staff to swipe your Love Your Body™ Membership card.
