The company gives me opportunities to broaden my horizon including a professional training program covering various areas and even an exchange program with other countries.
What do you find rewarding or enjoyable about your day to day work?
I get to meet different customers and provide professional service to them.
What do you find challenging?
Managing different people and providing a higher service standard to customers than many other companies.
How do you think you have developed in the role?
My people management skills have really developed since joining The Body Shop.
What is your favorite product and why?
Vitamin E moisture mask because it smoothes my skin!
How long have you worked for The Body Shop?
Seven years.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Swimming.
What is your most memorable moment since you started working at The Body Shop?
The first Christmas – although I was busy it was full of happiness.

The Body Shop places an emphasis on teamwork so staff work happily as a family.

The key challenge is to manage a changing environment including launching new products and meeting the needs of customers.

I have gained more knowledge and skills in leadership and how to motivate staff.

I love our Spa Wisdom Salt Scrub because it makes my skin glow.

Ten years.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Travelling and watching movies.

When I was promoted to shop manager and took up more responsibilities.
